Description:

The High Protection System (HPS) Wentworth ultra-low floor bed significantly reduces the risk of vulnerable patients injuring themselves by falling out of bed. The beds unique design allows the mattress platform to be lowered to only 125mm from the floor providing protection from falls whilst giving the patient freedom to move enhancing their feeling of safety and security.

The HPS Wentworth offers maximum safety, protection and comfort for users with Huntington’s, Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, Psychosis and Epilepsy. The High Protection System can be quickly removed when not required and the bed then used as a standard floor bed.

Operated by either the hand controller or the built-in handset, the Wentworth mattress platform lifts from the 125mm up to 750mm for carer use and comes as standard with the profiling backrest, knee break and trendelenberg tilt.

The Wentworth can be quickly folded for storage and transport and the slimline towers at either end give the bed a clean, smooth and attractive appearance.

The Bariatric model in now available with a 350 kg SWL and comes with a larger mattress platform.
